Obituary of Angeline Sebastianelli

Angeline Sebastianelli, 84, of Old Forge, died Friday at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. She was married to Kenneth J. Sebastianelli, who died in 1993.

Born in Old Forge, daughter of the late Sandy and Josephine Giacometti Mattioli, she was a graduate of Old Forge High School and Lackawanna College. She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish, Old Forge.

Angeline's greatest love were her grandchildren, who referred to her as "Mommy Ang." She enjoyed family vacations, her casino trips and holiday gatherings.

Surviving are a son, Dr. Kenneth J. Sebastianelli Jr. and wife, Christine, Dunmore; two daughters, Deborah Tuffy and husband, James, Old Forge; and Theresa Croker and husband, Robert, Old Forge; five grandchildren, Kendra Croker, Stephanie, Kenny and Abbie Sebastianelli, and Amy Notari; two great-grandchildren, Kamryn and Kali Notari; a sister, Marie Brutico and husband, Francis, Old Forge; nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Mattioli.

The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. from the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge, with Mass at 10 at Prince of Peace Parish/St. Mary's Church, 123 W. Grace St., Old Forge. Interment, Old Forge Cemetery.
