I met Bobby Baron when I worked at Wesley Village. I had the pleasure of taking care of his Mom. Mother Baron. Bobby and Robert would come every day to see her. He was a devoted son. He was so funny, caring,and loving. I have alot of memories they were all good ones. I remember that Mother Baron Hated to be weighed. So when the girls would come in to weigh her. She would call her lawyer and tell the girls that she is refusing. Well needless to say the lawyer on the other end of the phone at 3am would be Bobby Baron. He was always there for his Mom. Bobby also gave myself and my co-worker Jill Tigue the Ghigiarellis Credit card. We took Mother Baron shopping for clothes. Not to say she did not have any. Bobby would bring bags of new clothes for his mother. But Mother Baron did not care for them He was a devoted son. We became friends at that time. Bobby was a friend that was honest, Caring, giving and genuine. I was very blessed to meet Bobby and he will always have a special place in my heart. Kathy Webb

I have more good memories of Bobby than I can count - from our time as neighborhood playmates, to classmates at Old Forge Elementary, teammates in Bankers’ football and on through Old Forge High School and Penn State. Bobby was always there, as a friend. He added so much to it all with his unique personality and sense of humor. It would not have been nearly the same (or as much fun) without you, bud. To Maria, Al, Mark and your families, I hope this brings you all a measure of comfort and closure. Rest in peace my dear friend Bobby. Nick LaGrasta Laurel, MD

I am truly sorry that this family had to wait so long for this. I have discovered through asking my uncle and found out that Robert Sr may have grew up on Sussex Street near my father and uncle on Oak Street. My uncle, Robert Stancavage said he was good friends with Robert Sr. He and the family is certainly in the hearts of the Stancavage family. Again, I am sorry you had to wait so long. Was not fair to you all.
